| Canada's currency is the dollar ($). There are 100 cents in a dollar. Canadian coins include the penny (1 cent), nickel (5 cents), dime (10 cents), quarter (25 cents), a one-dollar coin known as the "loonie," and a two-dollar coin called a "toonie."
